01. Acceptance of Governance
By accessing the GaganOrbit digital ecosystem including all sub-domains, operational dashboards, and mission control interfaces, you are formally entering into a binding institutional agreement. Access to these resources is predicated on your total compliance with the protocols established herein.
02. Infrastructure Usage
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive mission license to interact with GaganOrbit assets for legitimate business and technical inquiries. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- /01 Reverse-engineering of proprietary telemetry or structural specifications.
- /02 Automated scraping of institutional data without explicit Mission Control authorization.
- /03 Transmission of malicious vectors intended to compromise sovereign orbital infrastructure.
03. Intellectual Asset Protections
The GaganOrbit platform, encompassing all architectural blueprints, operational software, visual interfaces, and the "Scientific Command" design language, constitutes high-value proprietary technology. Unauthorized reproduction or dissemination of these assets is strictly prohibited and protected under international intellectual property statutes.
04. Limitation of Liability
GaganOrbit maintains infrastructure with institutional-grade precision, however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted signal transmission. GaganOrbit and its stakeholders shall not be held liable for any data loss, mission degradation, or technical externalities resulting from system interaction or fluctuations in the orbital environment.
05. Revocation & Termination
Mission Control reserves the absolute right to revoke access credentials and terminate institutional interactions immediately upon detection of protocol non-compliance. Security overrides may be implemented without prior warning to preserve the integrity of the network.
06. Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled within the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
